Guardian Angels Catholic Church

Copley, OH

Our small parish exists to carry on the mission of Jesus by supporting the spiritual growth of our members and enabling them to actively participate in His mission.

Guardian Angels Catholic Church

Guardian Angels Catholic Church is a parish of the Diocese of Cleveland, serving the Copley, Ohio community since 1963. Named for the Holy Guardian Angels, the parish celebrated its 60th anniversary in June of 2024 and remains a vibrant center of worship, fellowship, and mission.

Their Mission

The parish lives by a simple and ancient charge: “Love God deeply; love our neighbor as ourselves; and spread the Gospel.” Its vision is to be a flourishing community of authentic disciples of Jesus Christ — a community marked not by size, but by depth of faith and joy in shared worship.

Under the pastoral care of Father Chris, Guardian Angels functions as a cluster parish with St. Hilary and St. Victor, collaborating in ministry while maintaining its own distinct identity as the parish of the Holy Angels.

Parish Life

The faithful gather daily and on Sundays to celebrate the Mass, with opportunities throughout the month for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament — time to rest in the presence of the Lord whose angels they honor. The parish supports a range of ministries including Liturgical, Music, and Altar Society, along with community programs that extend the life of the Church into the surrounding community.

Standing With the Saints

Guardian Angels Catholic Church stands behind the Holy Guardian Angels billboard — a sign of the unseen companions God gives to every soul. Their sponsorship brings the words of Psalm 91 to the open road: “His angels shall keep thee in all thy ways.”

In sponsoring this billboard, the parish extends its mission beyond its own walls — inviting every driver who passes by to remember that they, too, are never alone.
